Tuol Kork Traffic Light

(Phnom Penh) After the former iconing roundabout was demoslished a few months ago, the city hall as promised, has finally got the new traffic lights installed at the busy intersection. However, the new traffic system may seem not to ease the heavy congestion easily as more and more vehicles have to stop to wait for their green light at each side.
